Just saying, if anyone wants the old "skits with copyright-friendly Spartans" style, there's an unrelated series called Crash, made in Halo Infinite. Though the creator also promises a serious future plot.
 
I approve of the last Season returning to the "Re" naming theme of the Recollection triliogy, when Rvb fully matured and grew beyond just being a comedy show.

I'm not sure if Church's preperations are meant to imply that the Shisno Trilogy and Zero are just simulations in his head, or if he accurately predicted that they would happen.

Sigma returns, with a new body and a new voice; to be expected, there's no way they could have gotten Elijah Wood again.

Definitely seems like a case where Church has been running every single scenario that could conceivably happen, and they've been coming to fruition as the post-Chorus seasons.

So what comes next? What's the final simulation gonna be before Church ultimately has to leave his friends behind forever?
 
Interesting to note that, when he appears, Sigma takes the form of the Meta. We can't see him fully, but it's there; the white armor, the brown accents, and a dome helmet. Even as a fragment of the a fragment, he still wants to achieve metastability.

i suppose that makes sence. Epsilon is memory, and this Sigma is the memory of OG Sigma, who in turn was obsessed with Metastability. The 'fragments' in epsilon are shadows of memories of a fragment
 
So this picks up at the cliffhanger ending where we lost Church for the last time? Everything after that didn't really happen?

[EDIT]: And, really? A bad guy saying "Make X great again!"? I know they're based in Austin, the bluest part of Texas, but FFS... it's 2023. That cliche was old 5 years ago.

yeah, that ending is probably the only time I've seen a cliffhanger be better than an actual ending with answers.
the fact that I dropped the show after 15 due to it being the first season that didn't get me laughing out loud as well as multiple groaners, seems to have been a good decision...

Season 14 was still fun though.
 
The Wiki is referring to seasons 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 as the "Simulation Seasons".

Seems they are being thrown out.

Seems like jumping the gun to me. Unless the RvB wiki is run by Rooster Teeth, I wouldn't take any changes made there as hints as to what's now canon or not canon.

Epsilon's simulations of the Shisno Trilogy and Zero could just be one of many that he's trying to account for in the future which could happen (not counting Zero, which is "just cool"), and we pick up right Season 13 left off.

Or they could be scarily accurate predictions, with even the joke about Zero in the trailer turning out to be true, and the season picks up some time after the last one. After all, back in Season 15 Tucker did say that the fragments Epsilon left behind to run the Meta's suit disapeared. I always felt that was left rather open ended, and with the Sigma memory shaping up to play a big role...

And as for Season 14, unless told otherwise, I feel that the parts of Season 14 that took place in the past (how the gnag was recruited for Blood Gulch, the Triplets, Locus and Felix's bounty hunting days, etc), still happened. Everything obviously non-canon in that season is still non-canon.
 
Possible they discussed it more at the event, so there's more info out there that we haven't seen yet beyond just the trailer?
